Maia forwarded this to me today, and I thought it far too important to just email to people so I'm posting it in my blog.

Hi Mar! I don't know if I am doing this correctly..?? OMG I miss you sooooo much! But I MUST SAY..your photos and postings let me know that you are so enjoying the riches of the moment where you are. Your photos are absolutely gorgeous...beyond the beyonds. I so LOVE the Church Side Building and the Toilet..my two favs! Hee hee! I hope to try to call soon. I almost did just now, then realized the time difference..and since I am not the least bit drunk...well...

I know the girls miss you as much as I do...and I miss you tons. I rode my Harley past your lovely Daddy today as he worked on your beautiful house in Waterford. I waved hello to your car. It was comforting to just see it there.

I hope we can talk by phone soon..I will call tomorrow morning and see if I can catch you. Can we call from our cell phones here? Or must we use a land line? I don't HAVE a land line! UGH.

Prairie Dogs..yes...very important. I chatted with a Pika at about 8000 feet in Wyoming's Grand Tetons..and I sang to more than one herd of Elk at the insistance of Ian...the Elk responded very positively and for quite a while. I even had a sort of "whistle" chat with a young female Elk. That was a trip. She just would not quit...I finally had to end it as I feared upsetting her. Wow.

Wyoming..an experience of a lifetime. I am happy to come home to your emails and a new PHONE number! Yay!

So much love...and regards to your "family" in Austria. What a beautiful, glorious place you are in. Wish I could hike with you there!
