so i found this

So I found this dead fly yesterday and decided to use the macros lens Maia lent me to take a picture of it, commemorating it's little buzzing fly life. Oh how I will miss its vivacity as I am falling asleep tonight...

enjoy.

marionsquarion,

it looks different than the common house fly we have on the west side of the atlantic. Do you know the kind?? :>)

btw, we let our feet do the walking for democracy yesterday. We went to an Obama rally in Leesburg yesterday along with at least 30,000 others. It was in the field next to Ida Lee.

Love,
TBB

That's a special picture. Glad you're entertaining yourself :-)

I just caught up on your blog tonight and am enjoying it. Hope life is going better for you...I completely understand all the beauraucratic red tape, loneliness, and dealing with people. No fun, but I am thinking of you and hoping that life is going a little better. You traveling any? Cause you should definitely come my way.

Do you know the Emily Dickinson poem "I Heard a Fly Buzz When I Died?" SO beautiful. The mundane marches on while we think great thoughts. In this case, it was the fly who heard a human buzz :)! That is one lucky little fly to be commemorated with such a gorgeous image!
